तैयारी वैक्सीनेशन की
महामारी कोरोना को लेकर भारत सरकार की तैयारियां अब अंतिम स्टेज पर पहुंच गई हैं। सरकार ने कोरोना के मुद्दे पर सर्वदलीय बैठक में टीके को लेकर अपनी प्राथमिकताएं बताई। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी इसमें वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए शामिल हुए। बैठक में यह साफ कर दिया गया कि कोविड-19 का टीका सबसे पहले किसे लगाया जाएगा। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के मुताबिक पहला टीका बीमारों, बुजुर्गों और हेल्थ वर्कर्स को लगाया जाएगा। साफ संकेत है कि कुछ हफ्तों में कोरोना वैक्सीन तैयार हो जाएगी। हालांकि शुक्रवार को जो बातें सरकार के हवाले से
कही गई, उनमें अंतर दिखता है। पहले सरकार ने कहा था कि सभी लोगों को टीका लगाया जाएगा। ज्ञातव्य है कि एक हफ्ते से वैक्सीन को लेकर प्रधानमंत्री मोदी काफी सक्रिय हैं। 28 नवम्बर को उन्होंने पुणे के सीरम इंस्टीट्यूट, अहमदाबाद के जायडस बॉयोटेक पार्क और हैदराबाद में भारत बॉयोटेक फैसिलिटी का दौरा कर तैयारियों का जायजा लिया था। 30 नवम्बर को वीडियो
कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए जेनोवा बायोफार्मा, बायोलॉजिकल ई और डॉ. रेड्डीज की टीमों से चर्चा की। करीब-करीब आठ ऐसी संभावित वैक्सीन हैं जो टायल के अलग-अलग चरण में हैं। इनकी मैन्युफैक्चरिंग भारत में ही हुई है यानी बाकी देशों के मुकाबले भारत टीका विकसित करने और इसे आम जन तक सहजता के साथ पहुंचाने के करीब है। वैक्सीन के डिस्ट्रिब्यूशन को लेकर भी केंद्र और राज्यों की टीमें मिलकर काम कर रही हैं। अन्य देशों के मुकाबले हम बेहतर स्थिति में हैं। हमारे पास टीकाकरण के लिए दुनिया का बहुत बड़ा और अनुभवी नेटवर्क है। काम जवाबदेही और ईमानदारी के साथ हो, इसके लिए कोरोना वैक्सीन से जुड़े अभियान का दायित्व नेशनल एक्सपर्ट ग्रुप को दिया गया है। यह गुप राज्य सरकारों के साथ मिलकर काम कर रहा है। इन सब तैयारियों के बावजूद सभी को उन निर्देशों का पालन अनुशासित तरीके से करना होगा जो पहले बताए गए है। मसलन, मास्क लगाना, दो गज की दूरी और साबुन से हमेशा हाथ धोना। निश्चित तौर पर अगर वैक्सीन अगले साल की शुरुआत में आ जाती है, तो यह न केवल भारत के लिए, बल्कि बाकी देशों के लिए भी राहत की बात है। निश्चित तौर पर वैज्ञानिक और सरकार इसके लिए बधाई के पात्र हैं।
